Estates Director

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Director of Estates to join our excellent Premises & Estates Team, this is an exciting new post to the organisation. 

Full Time Director of Estates

Ref: SSDOE1120 

Scale: PO7 

Hours: 35 Hours PW (AYR)


The ideal candidates will need to demonstrate commitment to: 

  • Working collaboratively within the Premises & Estates team and with all other staff. 
  • Understanding and promotion of equality and diversity, safeguarding and the health and wellbeing of young people and vulnerable adults. 
  • Highly motivated and organised. 
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills. 
  • Working independently under pressure. 
  • Providing a high-quality service. 
  • It is essential that the ideal candidate has, proven experience in a similar role and are National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH) qualified.
