Dear Student 

Functional Skills Exams  

If you have been scheduled to sit an English exam(s) over the next 2 weeks,  you will receive a text shortly giving you the exact date and time of your test.  You should arrive at your allocated room 15 minutes prior to the start of your exam. 

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

You may use a dictionary in these exams, but you need to purchase this for your own personal use and bring it with you to your exam.  The college are unable to provide dictionaries as a precautionary measure due to Covid. 

If you are in receipt of Bursary and require a dictionary please email bursary@shc.ac.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to purchase one on your behalf.
