We recently welcomed a group of Muslim women to take part in a swimming session at the college. The group includes women from a range of backgrounds — some are currently studying ESOL, while others attend courses at the Clockhouse Community Centre. The college provided a safe, inclusive environment where the women could build confidence, improve their wellbeing, and enjoy time together.

In addition, students enrolled in our Swimming Academy and enrichment programme have been working towards their Lifeguard Qualification — an exciting step toward becoming certified lifeguards and potentially future swimming instructors. This practical experience forms part of our wider commitment to offering real-life progression opportunities for our learners.
