Residents of Greenwich can now access a range of free emotional health and wellbeing courses designed for parents, carers and grandparents. These online courses, offered through the Solihull Approach and supported by the Greenwich Family Hubs Network, aim to help families “be the best for your children” — from pregnancy through to age 19 (or 25 for those with Special Educational Needs).

Courses include:

  • Understanding Your Pregnancy, Labour and Birth

  • Understanding Your Baby

  • Understanding Your Child (also available in several languages)

  • Understanding Your Child with Additional Needs

  • Understanding Your Teenager’s Brain (short course)
    ...and more.

To get started, visit inourplace.co.uk, create an account, and use the access code: RBGFAMILY along with a Greenwich postcode for free access.

These evidence-based courses, developed by NHS professionals, psychologists and education specialists, are available in multiple languages. Technical support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, via solihull.approach@uhb.nhs.uk or 0121 296 4448.
