Celebrating Record-Breaking Level 3 Results
We are celebrating another year of outstanding achievements as students receive their Level 3 results.
This year, A-Level high grades have risen by an impressive 5%, reflecting the hard work and commitment of our students and staff. Our vocational learners have also excelled, with Distinction* grades increasing by 7%*, marking a record-breaking year for the college.
Amongst the many success stories is Lily, who studied Level 3 Games Development and achieved D*D*D*, equivalent to three A*s at A-Level. Lily praised her tutor Bob and Learning Assistant Barbara:
“They were instrumental. If you were ever feeling stuck or overwhelmed, Barbara would notice and say the right thing. Bob was innovative and had loads of expertise, he used to code for banks. They treat us like people, talked to us like colleagues and created the right environment to learn.”
Geoff Osborne, College Principal, commented:
“We are incredibly proud of the achievements of our students and the dedication of our staff in supporting them. These results reflect the talent, determination, and resilience of our college community, and we are delighted to see so many learners progressing to the next stage of their education, training, or employment.”
Shooters Hill Sixth Form College extends its warmest congratulations to all students and their families and looks forward to celebrating their future accomplishments.
