Options if learners are unable to collect

If learners are unable to come to the college to collect their results, they have an option to:

  • A representative can collect results on the learner’s behalf - The learner will need to complete the Learner Permission Form: Results Collection - Fill out form, from their Shooters Hill email account, detailing who will be collecting the results. This person must bring a form of photographic identification with them to prove who they are. We will only release results if we have proof of consent and we are certain of the person’s identity.

Certificates

Once we receive Certificates from the Awarding Bodies, we will contact learners by text message when their certificates are ready for collection from the College.
