Results Days - August 2026

Thursday, 13th August 2026 - A Level & other Level 3 Qualifications

Learners can collect results from 8.00am to 11.00am. 8.00am is the earliest we are allowed to release results and coincides with the UCAS helpdesk opening time.

Signs will direct learners to the location of results collection, which will be in the DLZ, 3rd Floor, Discovery Building. Several staff will be on hand for help and advice.

Thursday, 20st August 2026 - GCSE & other Level 1 / 2 Qualifications

Learners can collect results from 9.00am to 11.30am in the Little Shoots, Aspire Building.

If learners have any queries about results, they should speak to a member of staff.

Collecting Results

Learners must bring their college ID or any other photographic ID, i.e. Passport, Driving licence or Oyster card.

Options if learners are unable to attend on the day

If learners are unable to attend on the day, they have two options:

A representative can collect results on the learner’s behalf - The learner will need to complete the Learner Permission Form: Results Collection - Fill out form, from their Shooters Hill email account, detailing who will be collecting the results. This person must bring a form of photographic identification with them to prove who they are. We will only release results if we have proof of consent and we are certain of the person’s identity.
Results will be available on the Student Portal from 8.00am. Please check your access to the Student Portal before results day and email digidesk@shc.ac.uk with any technical issues. Please be aware that this will not be a pdf copy and you may not be able to print it as a document.

Certificates

Once we receive Certificates from the Awarding Bodies, we will contact learners by text message when their certificates are ready for collection from the College.
