COURSE OVERVIEW
Take your hospitality career to the next level with our Level 3 Food Service, Management & Supervision. This advanced programme is designed for students who have completed a Level 2 qualification in hospitality, food and beverage service, or a related field and are ready to develop leadership skills, oversee front-of-house operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Working in our professional City View Restaurant, you will gain hands-on experience managing food and beverage service, supervising hospitality teams, and ensuring high standards of guest experience. This diploma provides the essential skills needed for senior roles in hospitality management, fine dining service, and event coordination, as well as a strong foundation for university study in hospitality, business, or event management.
The Level 3 is an advanced qualification designed to meet industry standards, ensuring graduates are ready to succeed in competitive culinary roles. This program covers a wide range of advanced culinary techniques and principles, including:
- Prepare and Cook Complex Fish and Shellfish Dishes
- Prepare and Cook Complex Meat and Poultry Dishes
- Produce Advanced Pastry, Cakes, and Dough Products
- Prepare Hot and Cold Desserts
- Prepare and Cook Complex Sauces and Dressings
- Develop and Improve Skills for Professional Cookery
- Supervise Food Safety Practices in Catering

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Successful completion of a Level 2 Food & Beverage Service qualification or relevant industry experience
- 5 GCSEs at Grade 4-9 (or level 2 Merit equivalency, for example a BTEC), including English and Maths
- A strong passion for customer service, leadership, and hospitality excellence
