Gain hands-on experience in our professional kitchens, where you’ll prepare and serve dishes for the daily operations of the Bamboo and Rose Cafés. With the opportunity to produce up to 300 meals daily in a fast-paced environment, this course provides invaluable real-world experience.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no formal qualifications required to enrol on this course, though a keen interest in hospitality and catering is essential. Completion of the week-long taster programme is also desirable.
