We offer a number of opportunities for Year 10 and Year 11 students to come and visit our college, teachers and facilities with their school. We also provide the option visiting Year 10 & 11 students at their school.

Department Workshops
If you have a group of students interested in one particular department (for example: Construction) we can arrange a workshop for them to participate in for a morning/afternoon session.

Group Tours and Q&A Sessions
We can also facilitate a tour of the grounds and answer any questions students may have about the college. This is usually ideal for a group of students with mixed course interests. 

Post-16 Careers Events
If you are hosting a careers event for your Year 10/11 students, we would love to attend and answer any questions your students may have - we will bring Prospectuses and other useful resources for students to take away with them. 

Assemblies
We are happy to come and present at school assemblies or to smaller groups at anytime during the year. 

Workshops
These can be arranged throughout the year, and can be tailored to a specific department or be a generic workshop session dependant on the students' interests.
We can arrange workshops for any of the courses we offer here at SHC.

Our interview workshops are particularly great for students who want information and practice on interview preparation and participation.
